Food For You Especially is a 100% Gluten Free Bakery. The brand was developed in 2007 by a fellow coeliac, Sue Manning who was having trouble finding safe and yummy gluten free bread, so she and her husband decided to make their own and make it available for others to enjoy. 100% Gluten Free Cafe in the Adelaide Hills. Ruby’s Organic Cafe is a terrific place to stop in to when you are in the lovely little town of Stirling. The coffee is lovely, and the food is absolutely Devine! High quality ingredients with nice portion sizes.
