We are so lucky to live near this one. Can't recommend enough the guys at Absolute Thai homemade in Southport. OMG the food is amazing. The owner is coeliac, so gets it and staff and very good with cross contamination knowledge. It is a very small and cosy restaurant, eat in or takeaway. Unfortunately they do not have space for a dedicated gluten free fryer
