We are so lucky to live near this one. Can’t recommend enough the guys at Absolute Thai homemade in Southport. OMG the food is amazing. The owner is coeliac, so gets it and staff and very good with cross contamination knowledge. It is a very small and cosy restaurant, eat in or takeaway. Unfortunately they do not have space for a dedicated gluten free fryer so don’t risk the deep fried options (like the soft shell crab) but other options are clearly marked gluten free on the menu and they will clean woks between dishes etc. Just tell them you are Coeliac and they know what to do. Added bonus is no MSG or preservatives added …just all natural ingredients.
