Seedling only use gluten free ingredients and their kitchen is 100% gluten free. They owners have set out to provide Melbournites with a healthy food destination, food that fuels your body and satisfies your soul. Two locations in Melbourne, both specialise in raw vegan treats, bulletproof coffee and healthy grab and go food. They even get their products tested at the council to prove their products have no detectable traces of gluten. The Little Collins store has recently closed but you can still enjoy the joy of the food Seedling has to offer at the Flinders Lane location.
At Seedling the entire menu is gluten free. View menu here
Whilst coeliacs have reported safe dinning at each of these restaurants, remember to always be your own health advocate and let the restaurant know your specific needs. We recommend calling ahead to discuss ways to avoid cross contamination so you have a safe and confident dining experience.
