Description

The Witchin’ Kitchen is owned by the sweetest little coeliac family and incredibly coeliac safe. They serve up a range of delightful breakfast, brunch and lunch options, as well as having an amazing assortment of desserts plus cakes. Menu highlights include apple crumble pancakes, banana bread french toast, caramel pecan twists, cheese and bacon buns and so so many desserts like Nutella donuts and banoffee pie.

Their pastry kitchen is a separate area of the cafe kitchen and is 100% GF coeliac safe. They don’t make anything with wheat flour, it is not on their premises. Lisa the pastry chef makes everything on-site- pancakes, fritters, and all of the cake cabinet goodies. The only gluten items in the cafe are ordered in and are bread plus bread rolls. They have a dedicated fryer, separate toaster and butter container as well as thorough training for anyone who is involved in food prep or cooking. They have different coloured utensils to avoid mix ups and clear communication from our front of house team in regards to customers individual wants and needs. They cater for GF, vegetarian, vegan and meat eaters. The entire menu is gluten free with a bread swap, and they do so being absolutely coeliac safe.
