I absolutely love when a restaurant is 100% gluten free, dairy free, vegan and amazingly delicious. The owner has had their own difficult journey with food restrictions and is passionate about providing food that everyone can enjoy.

This is a cute little Japanese diner you can get a handful of expertly designed savoury classics like curry and onigiri. But the real star is their rice flour sourdough fried doughnuts. They are heavenly! They are fermented for 48 hours using gluten-free sourdough born from organic brown rice and are not oily, because of the use of rice bran oil.

Their deliciously fluffy bread is allergy free, and doesn’t use any food additives including guar gum or xanthan gum.

They are also famous for sweet potato brownies and GF/vegan sushi.
