Schnithouse are known in the Coeliac community for being very coeliac aware and good knowledge on minimising cross contamination. The team have separate gluten free fryers and gluten free prep areas and will note coeliac on your order. They offer gluten free crumbs so you can enjoy all the schnitzels and chips, gravies all GF and also have a range of salads and other goodies.
Please note this is not a 100% GF restaurant so you will need to advocate for yourself and ensure staff know you have coeliac disease when ordering. Generally the coeliac community love how coeliac aware this venue is but you will need to use your own judgement.
