Description
Nonie’s is an artisan bakery that is gluten and dairy free, and their products are certified by Coeliac Australia.
They are about delicious food, made by hand, using thoughtfully chosen ingredients. At nonie’s they make a range of artisan breads, pita, crackers and muesli.
Due to the nature of gluten free flours and because they don’t use preservatives or gums, their breads are sold frozen, which helps to keep the loaves at their absolute best and is one of the things that sets their bread apart. Nonie’s sells wholesale to retailers and food service, and also directly to the public from their roller door on fridays between 10 to 1pm or at local markets.
