This restaurant is Coeliac Australia accredited and has 6 store scattered around Brisbane.
Nodo philosophy is simple “eat donuts for breakfast”. this means putting the fun back into wholesome food, all the products have been lovingly prepared with nothing but good intentions and the best possible, naturally gluten free ingredients.
We were lucky enough to eat here recently, the breakfast is lovely and healthy. The donuts are a delicious treat, although they taste more like cake than a donut to me. Amazing option and could not be more safe as there is no chance of cross contamination here.
They sell fresh breads, but like all good bakeries tend to sell out by lunchtime so head there early. They also sell a variety of ready to bake mixes, can deliver donuts Brisbane wide and you can order the “Nodo at home” range online.
Whilst coeliacs have reported safe dinning at each of these restaurants, remember to always be your own health advocate and let the restaurant know your specific needs. We recommend calling ahead to discuss ways to avoid cross contamination so you have a safe and confident dining experience.
