Hudson’s Bakery is family owned and grew out of a need for the owner Sandra Hudson to provide GF options for her children to take to school in their lunch box. Fussy eaters, it was hard to find anything remotely appealing to a child. Kirsten Paris, the head chef, came on board and together, with a few GF expert baking friends, they developed the selection of home made, delicious, traditional farm style, made in your grandma’s kitchen type food. Simple, tasty food that takes you back to your childhood and is good for your soul.

Their aim is to create simple, tasty gluten free food that takes you back to your childhood and they certainly deliver.

They are famous for fluffy white breads, hamburger brioche buns, pizza slices that will warm your heart, lamingtons and sticky buns. All kid approved and delicious.
