Hesi Jimbo have retired the food truck and have set up a permeant 100% Gluten Free Kitchen in the Merri Bar at Preston.
Hesi Jimbo serve american style chicken wings, burgers, waffle fries, cheese curds, donuts and much more. The Merri bar also sell a range of gluten free beers to go alongside your meal. Hesi Jimbo is known among the locals for quality meals and the softest and freshest burger buns.
