In France, they love crêpes: sweet for dessert and savoury (galettes) for a delicious meal. Four Frogs Creperie have a variety of traditional French favourites and Aussie specialties on our menu.
Galettes (savoury crêpes) are made with home-milled Australian buckwheat flour which is naturally gluten-free (GF). The sweet crepes can also be made gluten free. The staff are coeliac aware, but the kitchen does have regular flour in it so be sure to let the staff know your needs and assess the risks for yourself.
Whilst coeliacs have reported safe dinning at each of these restaurants, remember to always be your own health advocate and let the restaurant know your specific needs. We recommend calling ahead to discuss ways to avoid cross contamination so you have a safe and confident dining experience.
