Charcoal Chicken and Wholesome Salad Specialists 🍗 As the Gold Coast’s only charcoal chicken shop, Bird Royale has perfected the art and takes the humble rotisserie chook to a delicious new level. The juicy free-range chickens are cooked fresh across the day on-site in a fancy state-of-the-art imported charcoal rotisserie, resulting in succulent (and highly addictive!) hot chickens with a subtle hit of charcoal-kissed seasoning.
Bird Royale is so much more than just a chicken shop, the staff are passionate about what they do and it shows in their food. Everything (except the bread) is Gluten Free, but I can tell you the gluten free buns are incredible and you wont feel like you are missing out. If you miss KFC then this is a must try, they sell the yummiest healthy fried chicken. We dined there recently – it was fast and friendly service, good value for money and the staff understood the needs of a coeliac and talked me through everything. I got the fried chicken with a side of roast carrot and broccoli salad and my hubby got the OG Bird burger and fries and home-made peach tea. Check out our insta page to see a reel we did there.
