100% Gluten Free Restaurant.
Shimbashi Soba has a brilliant combination of gluten-free and vegan dishes available.
All the meals are 100% gluten free, dairy free and nut free. The Soba noodles are made from
100% Premium Tasmanian buckwheat which is freshly stone-milled daily in their restaurant.
The restaurant is 100% gluten free in Northcote and Collingwood and Carlton North. They have an extensive menu and I am definitely looking forward to visiting.
