KIS have a gluten free menu and gluten free fryer. The menu includes: GF Crumbed Calamari, GF Salt & Pepper Crusted Calamari, GF Prawn Cutlet, GF Sea Scallop, GF Chicken Tender, GF Battered Sav, GF Crumbed Pork Sausage, GF Kabana, GF Potato Scallop, and GF Pineapple Fritter in spiced sugar.
