Description

Wow, the staff at Diggers Miranda sure know how to cater for coeliacs. If its not already gluten free there is a gluten free option available for it. They have a dedicated prep area , fryer, utensils, trays, oven, pizza cutter, chopping boards ect. Their steak sauces are gf. They do GF pasta, pizza, schnitzel and even GF deep fries ice-cream!!! Diggers Miranda RSL will not disappoint.

Ways we minimise cross contamination-

Dedicated gluten-free space in the kitchen
Dedicated gluten-free fryer
Other dedicated kitchen equipment (oven, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, etc.)
Staff are knowledgeable and can answer questions
Staff will clean kitchen space or change gloves for Coeliac orders
