95% of the menu is gluten free. Poke Bar have taken the traditional Hawaiian staple food ‘poke’, and added an Australian twist to it – being a local, vibrant and flavoursome array of fresh foods. They source all their produce as locally and ethically as possible.
Most of the menu (except the tacos and gyoza) are gluten free, so much variety on the menu, all healthy and fresh. You must also try the butterbing cookies which are a GF fudgy brownie buttercream cookie topped with ice-cream.
Whilst coeliacs have reported safe dinning at each of these restaurants, remember to always be your own health advocate and let the restaurant know your specific needs. We recommend calling ahead to discuss ways to avoid cross contamination so you have a safe and confident dining experience.
